Overview

Engineered for wound care.

CuraGel is the first non-invasive, patient-compliant, home-applicable PEGylated alginate nanogel engineered for the sustained delivery of allogeneic platelet lysate (PL). It is specifically designed to accelerate healing in diabetic and chronic wounds by promoting tissue regeneration, angiogenesis, and epithelialization while reducing immunogenic response.

Upon application, CuraGel forms a bioactive hydrogel matrix that provides enhanced wound coverage, controlled release of regenerative factors, and a stable moist microenvironment — addressing a critical gap in current topical platelet lysate therapies for chronic wound management.
